By downloading, installing, or using Glance: SAT® Vocab Prep ("Glance," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Glance. Please read them carefully.

Glance is an educational vocabulary practice tool designed to help students learn and retain SAT vocabulary words. The App uses Lock Screen widgets for passive exposure and daily quizzes for active recall.

The App is intended as a supplemental study resource and should be used alongside other SAT preparation materials and methods.

Important: Glance does not guarantee any specific SAT score improvement, test results, or academic outcomes. The effectiveness of vocabulary practice depends on many factors, including:

• Individual effort and consistency
• Prior vocabulary knowledge
• Overall test preparation
• Test-day performance

Glance provides vocabulary practice and recall exercises. Any score improvement is the result of your own study efforts and is not guaranteed by the App.

Glance may offer subscription plans and free trial periods. All subscription details, including pricing and features, are presented within the App and the App Store.

Key subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple via your App Store account
• Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Subscription periods (monthly, yearly, etc.) are specified at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. To cancel:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Find and tap Glance
• Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

As a user of Glance, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, educational purposes
• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Manage your own subscription through your Apple account

All content within Glance, including but not limited to vocabulary lists, definitions, example sentences, app design, graphics, and code, is owned by Glance or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, Glance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glance and its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

• SAT score results or lack of score improvement
• College admissions outcomes
• Loss of data or learning progress
• Interruption of service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Glance after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
